While the hotel is undergoing renovations that are clearly needed, there are some bright spots such as friendly staff and a decent breakfast. However, my overall experience was marred by service issues and an uncomfortable room, which I wouldn't expect for the price. Being a pet-friendly hotel is a plus, but the additional fees felt excessive, adding to my disappointment.
